Quit for Good, A Tobacco Cessation Program

Have you tried quitting smoking before and ended up lighting up again? INHS and Providence Health Care are teaming up to provide a free 4-week program designed to help you have long-term success in quitting tobacco. Tobacco cessation tools will be available to you as well as tobacco cessation experts.

Health Coaching

At the INHS Community Wellness Center, our Tobacco Cessation Health Coaches can work with you individually to develop a plan to quit, and offer the support you need to remain quit. Call 509-232-8138 to schedule an appointment today.
