Living Well with DiabetesDo you want to learn how to better manage your diabetes? Join us for an interactive, group-based workshop called Living Well with Diabetes. In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Deal with the symptoms of diabetes, fatigue, pain, hyper/hypoglycemia, stress, and emotional problems such as depression, anger, fear and frustration
  • Exercise to maintain and improve strength and endurance
  • Eat healthy
  • Properly use medication
  • Work more effectively with health care providers

This 6-week workshop is a fun and easy way to help you learn what you can do to take control of your diabetes! Family members or support people are welcome to attend.
