HMR Healthy Solutions is an intensive weight-loss and lifestyle-change program designed to help you lose weight fast and build healthier routines that last. You won’t have to spend a lot of time counting calories, measuring, or cooking. Instead, you’ll lose weight by replacing your current meals and snacks with HMR Shakes and Entrees plus fruits and vegetables. While on the diet, you can eat as many of these foods as you want to stay full and still lose weight!
HMR Healthy Solutions includes weekly classes, individual support, and accountability. The average weight loss is 28 - 37.5 lbs. in 12 - 26 weeks.
How to Get Started:
To get started, we encourage you to attend one of our free Weight Management Information Sessions. In the Information Session, you will learn about the different programs, costs, class schedules and how to get started.

After the Information Session, you will sign up for an Initial HMR Healthy Solutions Screening appointment. At this appointment, you will be screened for the following:
- Blood Glucose
- Blood Pressure
At your screening appointment, you will be given a Quick Start guide and be able to sign up for your weekly class sessions. You will also place your first HMR food order, which will be ready for you at your first class. The Induction Fee you pay to register for your Initial Screening appointment covers your initial and follow-up screenings as well as the class sessions you attend during the month you register. Classes in subsequent months will be billed at $100 per month. The induction fee and class costs may be paid for with your HSA.
Quick Start Guide
At your Initial HMR Healthy Solutions Screening appointment, you will be given a Quick Start guide, which will lay the foundations for the behaviors necessary for you to lose as much weight as possible in the first few weeks of the diet. You will need to read through this guide and take a short quiz before attending your first class.
Every week, you will attend a group class session for support and accountability. You will choose the class schedule that works best for you. Group accountability helps keep you on track, and participants lose, on average, 15 – 24.5 more pounds than those without group support. We currently have the following class dates and times available:
- Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
- Thursdays, 4:00 - 5:00 pm
- Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
- Fridays, 7:30 - 8:30 am
