HMR Healthy Solutions is an intensive weight-loss and lifestyle-change program designed to help you lose weight fast and build healthier routines that last. How to Get Started:
To get started, we encourage you to attend one of our free Weight Management Information Sessions. In the Information Session, you will learn about the different programs, costs, class schedules, and how to get started.

After the Information Session, you will sign up for an Initial HMR Healthy Solutions Screening appointment. At this appointment, you will be screened for the following:
- Blood Glucose
- Blood Pressure
At your screening appointment, you will be able to sign up for your Quick Start class and weekly class sessions. You will also place your first HMR food order, which will be ready for you at your Quick Start class. The Induction Fee you pay to register for your Initial Screening appointment covers your initial and follow-up screenings as well as the class sessions you attend during the month you register.
Quick Start Class
At your Initial HMR Healthy Solutions Screening appointment, you will sign up for a Quick Start class, which will lay the foundations for the behaviors necessary for you to lose as much weight as possible in the first few weeks of the diet. You will attend a Quick Start class roughly one week before your first Phase 1 class, and you will receive your HMR food at this time. After the Quick Start class, you will start the diet and be on your way to losing weight!
Every week, you will attend a group class session for support and accountability. You will choose the class schedule that works best for you. Group accountability helps keep you on track, and participants lose, on average, 15 – 24.5 more pounds than those without group support.
