Blood Pressure Self-Management Program
Learn what you can do to monitor and manage your blood pressure for a healthy heart. This 4-week class series will give you the tools you need to take control of your cardiovascular health.

- How to reduce salt in your diet
- Physical activity for heart health
- How and when to take your own blood pressure
Participants who attend all four weeks will receive a free digital blood pressure monitor at the final class.
